So there's always space in the world for important messages to be shared in new and interesting ways. And I'm a pretty average person, not a health freak :)

One of the key messages is that "work out more" didn't help me lose weight, even while I was eating healthily. I only started to lose my excess fat when I tracked calories, to ensured that I consumed fewer calories than I burned.
